Mott MacDonald appointed to Iarnród Éireann multidisciplinary consultancy framework

Supporting the future of rail investment in Ireland 

Mott MacDonald, in partnership with Roughan & O'Donovan, has been appointed to Iarnród Éireann's Multi-Party Framework for Project Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy Services.

The framework covers advisory and design consultancy services across Project Management Procedures Phases 1-5, from developing the project scope, concept, feasibility and preliminary design through to supporting the planning and statutory process, detailed design and tendering. Phase 6 and 7 construction stage and handover services may also be included. The framework has an initial term of five years, with the option to extend for a further three years. 

Through the framework, Mott MacDonald and Roughan & O'Donovan will provide multidisciplinary advisory and design expertise to support projects within Iarnród Éireann’s capital investment programme.  

The appointment builds on Mott MacDonald's long-standing support for Iarnród Éireann and reinforces its commitment to supporting the delivery of Ireland’s future rail investment programme. Recent projects include the nation-wide CONNECT programme, the Glounthaune to Midleton Twin Tracking project and the Drogheda BEMU charging station.
